Just wanted to post an update: FINALLY got to take my bike outside, and for once, it didn’t rain immediately. Got in a 7.5 mile ride, for 35 minutes, at an average pace of 14.1 mph.
Aside from the distance (and I have more in the tank, but I’m playing things slow), that’s about the same as when I didn’t have leukemia.
Puttin’ in that work.
